Manifest.

Probably the greatest motivational speaker of all time, Les Brown, once said,

“You have greatness within you, and responsibility to manifest that greatness.”

 

“Manifest that greatness”. That should be something we all should STRIVE for. How though? How do we manifest something like “greatness” if we don’t believe we have it within us to begin with? We all have greatness within us. 


Some people naturally settle instead of working towards more in life because deep, deep down they don’t find themselves deserving or worthy. “That’s just the way I am.” or “That could never be me.” You’re right. With that attitude you are absolutely right. That’s why you’ve got to change your attitude towards yourself and what you believe.


If you read my last blog post, you will have begun to see how important of a factor self-belief can be when it comes to setting goals. You also learned how the smallest seed of self-doubt can grow big enough to paralyze you into never taking action towards those goals at all.(Really, go read it and you’ll see what I mean.) Eventually, you have these deep roots of self-doubt planted within you keeping you firmly in place. You can’t shoot for the moon when your roots are holding you down to the ground.


In order to manifest anything, your self-belief has to be so deep within you that no one, not one single opposing force will hold you down or hold you back from making everything happen in your life. A true manifestation. You have to bleed confidence. You need to be constantly developing a mindset of positive self-belief within you.


Let’s revert back to the person in my last blog post who wants to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year.(come onnn just go read it will ya?!) How do we create a positive mindset shift for that? 


We work backwards. Every single morning when you wake up write down in a notebook. “It’s New Years Eve in 2020 & I officially lost 30lbs this year.” Every. Single. Day. Write it like you already believe it. You know the saying “Fake it ‘til you make it”? Let’s tap into that. Now, after you write that down, take a minute to close your eyes. Visualize how you would look & feel. Now that you’ve lost that 30lbs. You feel amazing right? People are complimenting you. Your whole mindset has shifted. You have more energy and have already set new goals to work towards. You’re on a roll and now you’re setting yourself up for an even BETTER year in 2021. You now truly believe that you can do anything you put your mind to. 

(Side note: Start with a minute of deep, vivid, visualization each time you do it & week-by-week add another minute. Tap into the emotional side of it. Gain mental clarity as to why you really want to reach this particular goal.)


You are revving your subconscious mind. Preparing it for when you achieve your goal & YOU WILL now. You are programming that self-belief & that self-belief is going to take over your brain and allow you to perform the tasks that are going to make your goal of losing that 30 lbs by New Years Eve inevitable. You must focus on what you want to attract and what you want to happen.


You see, when you create these affirmations in your head, your subconscious mind is now going to work for you and with you. That positive energy is going to translate into you taking the daily steps to make progress. You’re not going to see it as a chore because you know what’s going to happen. You’ve already visualized it. You officially lost 30lbs before the new year.


Before you can make anything major happen in your life, you may have to rewire your brain. You may have to reprogram your belief systems. It’s going to take diligent, consistent, action, but if you make this a part of your morning ritual, I’ll be excited for you when you email me on New Year’s Eve telling me how different your life is now. All because you took the serious, deep work in changing your belief in yourself. 


You want to take it even a step further? Repeat the exact process you performed in the morning before you go to bed at night. EVERY NIGHT. The last thing you do before you go to sleep. Let your subconscious mind go to work for you as you sleep. You’ll be absolutely amazed at how much power your mind truly has. The Human mind is incredible and I am infatuated with constantly learning & researching how we can harness the power of the mind to constantly level up.


Now, this new journey of manifestation is in no way, shape or form going to be easy. You are going to struggle. You are going to go through it, but MOST importantly, you’re going to GROW through it. You’re awakening yourself to all the negative forces that have been instilled within you that have held you down for far too long. Before you can have it all, you need to lose it all. This method is literally a mental cleanse. All the toxicity inside your mind is getting extracted. The top of your head is getting unscrewed by power of the universe, the lid comes off & this giant crane is hauling all of your mental limitations that you had buried beneath the surface of your subconscious mind. This is where the growth begins. Say goodbye to your roots of self-doubt and prepare for your new set of wings dipped in self-belief.


2021 is going to be here before you know it. Wake up and realize you don’t have time to sit back. 


TAKE ACTION. 

Make it happen.

Write it down.

Act with intent.

One day at a time.


You know what needs to be done. 

It starts by choosing to strive.
